Studium Scholasticum Onlus established in Italian Law, at Bagnoregio

Bagnoregio, Italy — May 26, 2016 A.D:  The International Association of Academics, known as “the Scholasticum” on this day founded the Italian non-profit Cultural Association, at Bagnoregio,* known as the Studium Scholasticum Onlus.

Bagnoregio is the world-famous birth-place of the Seraphic Doctor, St. Bonaventure, whose thought and writings form the co-principal focus of the Scholasticum’s courses of study, along with those of the Angelic Doctor, St. Thomas Aquinas.

By means of this Italian corporation, the Association will be able to conduct educational and cultural activities in the territory of the Italian Republic and provide all that is necessary for the functioning of the Scholasticum, such as obtain from the Ministry for Public Education the authority to grant M.A. degrees and visas for its students and faculty who are not Italian citizens.
